Frequently asked questions

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. AMTD INC exports regularly to Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Quotations state the applicable Incoterm, and where a destination requires an end-user statement or import licence we include the paperwork in the package rather than leaving it to the buyer.

Why is there no price on the product pages?

Because the configuration drives the number. A Mavic 3T with three batteries, a spare gimbal and a training day is a different purchase from a bare aircraft, and a fleet order is priced differently again. Send the application and volume and you receive a line-item proposal instead of a list price.

Are DJI, QYSea and Unitree systems covered by warranty?

They carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which we administer locally. AQUAXCO handles the RMA, the diagnostics and the replacement logistics so you deal with one supplier rather than three overseas support desks. Extended cover and spare-parts pooling are available on fleet orders.

Can you integrate a payload that is not in your catalogue?

Yes — this is most of what we do. Thermal cores, gas sensors, LiDAR, loudspeakers, delivery boxes and custom mounts are integrated onto the platforms we supply, with the mechanical interface, power budget and data path documented. Send the sensor datasheet with your enquiry.

What lead time should I expect?

Platforms that are in stock ship within days. Configured systems with payload integration typically run two to four weeks, and OEM module programmes with a pilot build run longer. The proposal states the lead time for each line so it is clear which item is driving the schedule.

Do you provide training and after-sales support?

Every system ships with operator quick-start material and mission templates. On-site or remote operator training is quoted separately. Support is handled by email and video call, with escalation to the manufacturer’s engineering team where a fault is platform-level.

Are you the manufacturer?

Not for these platforms. AQUAXCO is the brand under which AMTD INC specifies, integrates and supports them; the airframes and robots are built by DJI, QYSea and Unitree. Our own hardware is the AQ-TI thermal module line, supplied to integrators as an OEM building block.
